Town of Hempstead Senior Councilman Anthony J. Santino, Sen. Dean Skelos, R-Rockville Centre, and Assemblyman Brian Curran, R-Lynbrook, were joined by Lynbrook Mayor Bill Hendrick and village officials to welcome the new Lynbrook Fire Department ambulance apparatus into service.
The new piece of fire department apparatus was given a blessing and wetdown with water outside the Emergency Medical Company No. 1 House on Vincent Avenue.
