Lynbrook Police Arrest Man in Connection with McDonald's Robbery Last October

Queens resident Christopher Waters charged with first-degree robbery.

Lynbrook police reported the arrest of a Queens man in connection with the on Merrick Road last October.

Nassau County Fifth Precinct officers arrested Christopher Waters, 22, of Queens, N.Y. on Feb. 28 at 12:30 p.m. and charged him with robbery in the first degree. According to police, Waters was one of two men who held eight McDonald's employees at gunpoint while robbing money from the cash registers and safe on Oct. 21, 2010. Waters' accomplice is still at large.

A supervisor at McDonald's said he was not permitted to speak about the arrest.
