Malverne PD: RVC Man Held in Contempt of Court, Warrant Arrest

The following information was supplied by the Malverne Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

  • A Rockville Centre man was held in contempt of court on March 26 after he had an outburst in Malverne Village Traffic Court. The individual was placed under arrest by police officer Greg Blazevich and transported to Malverne Police Headquarters for processing. The defendant was later transported to Nassau County Police Headquarters and lodged over night. He was arraigned at First District Court the following morning.
  • A North Valley Stream woman was arrested on March 29 by police officer Padilla and Sgt. Winters for an outstanding Malverne Village court warrant. The defendant was processed and released on a desk appearance ticket after posting bail.
