The Nassau County Narcotics Squad have reported the details of an arrest for marijuana that occurred in Lynbrook on Friday.
According to Nassau County detectives, around 2:10 p.m., Haja Ramalanjaona, 26, of Baldwin, was allegedly observed in Lynbrook by Narcotics/Vice Bureau detectives, who were assisting the Lynbrook Police Department with an ongoing investigation, in possession of more than five pounds of marijuana.
Ramalanjaona is being charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the second degree and will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Saturday.
