- Philip T. Mardy, 27, of Rosedale, was arrested on Dec. 15 on Hempstead Turnpike (westbound) in West Hempstead for DWI.
- Jeffrey I. Estrada, 37, of Valley Stream, was arrested on Dec. 12 at the intersection of Central Avenue and the Southern State Parkway in North Valley Stream for DWI.
- Teddy R. Salguero, 43, of Woodhaven, was arrested on Dec. 12 at the intersection of S. Terrace Place and W. Valley Stream in Valley Stream for DWI.
- Nelson A. Rodas, 22, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on Dec. 13 on Central Avenue in Lawrence for DWI.
- Michelle A. Smith, 33, of Queens Village, was arrested on Dec. 14 at the intersection of Elmont Road and the Southern State Parkway in North Valley Stream for DWI.
- Dkaii A. Greene, 33, of Laurelton, was arrested on Dec. 15 at the intersection of Elmont Road and Cromer Road W. in Elmont for DWI.

- Daniel Pierre, 39, of West Hempstead, was arrested on Dec. 17 for shoplifting at the Costco store located at 605 Rockaway Tpke. in North Lawrence.
- Glenn E. Moore, 44, of Laurelton, was arrested on Dec. 17 for shoplifting at the Pathmark located at 460 Franklin Ave. in Franklin Square.
- Devaugn Donnelly, 43, of Jamaica, was arrested on Dec. 18 for shoplifting at the Walmart located at 77 Green Acres Rd. in Valley Stream.
- Pentheny M. Rodriguez-Freeman, 24, of St. Albans, was arrested on Dec. 18 for shoplifting at the Macy's store in Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream.
- Sherry Toney, 50, of Elmont, was arrested on Dec. 18 for shoplifting at the Stop & Shop located at 50 Cherry Valley Ave. in West Hempstead.
- Rajwant Singh, 26, of Bellerose, was arrested on Dec. 18 for shoplifting at the Kohl's store in Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream.

- Anthony L. Smalls, 46, of Inwood, was arrested on Dec. 19 for shoplifting at the Walmart located at 77 Green Acres Rd. in Valley Stream.
- Renee Sampson, 21, of Brooklyn, was arrested on Dec. 20 for shoplifting at the Macy's store in Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream.
- Rolando M. Ellis, 49, of St. Albans, was arrested on Dec. 20 for shoplifting at the Burlington Coat Factory located at 345 Rockaway Tpke. in North Lawrence.
- Karen D. Turner, 46, of Hempstead, and Thomas J. Reese, 48, of Hempstead, were arrested on Dec. 12 for shoplifting at the Walmart located at 77 Green Acres Rd. in Valley Stream.
