Terrible news. Sunrise has become the "queens boulevard of death" of the south shore. either add more lights, change traffic patterns, lower the speed limit, add more red-light cameras... something. a life is more important than shaving a few minutes off the commute time or leaving sunrise a virutal "green light" highway after 1am.
