Two Women Arrested for Unauthorized Practice at WH Spa

One of the women was also charged with prostitution in the arrest.

Police arrested two women in West Hempstead Wednesday for allegedly performing unlicensed massages on undercover detectives, with one of the women also offering to perform a sexual act for money.

The incident occurred around 3:15 p.m. at the Lucy Spa, located at 300 Hempstead Turnpike in West Hempstead, according to police.

Gui Fea Li, 49, and Lifei Leng, 29, both of Queens, were placed under arrest without incident, police said.

Li and Leng are charged with two counts of unauthorized practice of a crime, while Leng is also charged with prostitution. They will both be arraigned on Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
