Police Investigating Road Rage Incident in Lynbrook

The incident between two drivers occurred around 12:15 p.m. Wednesday.

A road rage incident between two drivers that started outside the Fourth Precinct in Hewlett and ended in Philips Plaza in Lynbrook Thursday afternoon is currently under investigation, according to Lynbrook Police Sergeant Brian Cunningham.

The drivers of two Lincoln cars started a dispute on Broadway in Hewlett, drove north and ended up at the Philips Plaza in Lynbrook sometime around 12:15 p.m Thursday, police said. Lynbrook Police and Fourth Precinct officers were seen with one of the vehicles outside the store.

The cause of the dispute is unknown and the incident is currently under investigation.

road rage is completely out of control on long island. people wind up getting injured-or even killed. there must be swift and severe punishment- give em the max.
