Police Make Arrest in Rockville Centre Murder
Nassau County police said late Saturday that Maxwell Sherman of Long Beach has been charged with second degree murder.
Police have arrested an 18-year-old man in connection to the death of a Lynbrook woman found dead in Rockville Centre on Thursday night.

He will be arraigned Sunday in First District Court in Hempstead.
Lauren Daverin was discovered at about 10 p.m. Thursday on the footbridge between Merrick Road and Sunrise Highway, where she was pronounced dead.
