Unauthorized Practice Arrests Made in West Hempstead

Two Queens Women were arrested Thursday afternoon for allegedly performing illegal massages in West Hempstead.

According to police, at 3:45 p.m., an undercover detective entered suite 203 at 357 Hempstead Turnpike and received an unlicensed massage from Yan Kuang, 43 for money. 

During this time, cops said Xiaoying Huang, also from Queens, performed an illegal massage on someone else for money. Neither woman is licensed to practice massage therapy, police added.

Both women were charged with unauthorized practice of a crime and will be arraigned Friday at First District Court in Hempstead.

This isn't news. Neighborhoods are inundated with "Massage" and "Reflexology" so called "spas" all over. Almost always run by Asians and basically amount to "massage parlors" and an occasional legitmate massage, if you get my drift. We all know what these places are. I've witnessed it, I've known this and they should be shut down completely.
