Two men face robbery charges after Nassau County Police say they held up a man walking in West Hempstead Friday.

Jeremy Freeman, 18, and Tylik Wilson, 18, both of West Hempstead, were located and charged with robbery, assault, and resisting arrest by Fourth Squad officers.

The duo, reportedly brandishing a gun, held up a 22-year-old man who was walking on Cleveland Street at 12:15 a.m. Friday, reported Nassau County Police.

A third subject is still being sought by police.

Freeman was charged with first-degree robbery and resisting arrest. Wilson was charged with first-degree robbery and third-degree assault. They were arraigned Saturday at First District Court in Hempstead.

These are the same two punks that I witnessed breaking into cars around the corner from where the robbery took place. I took their photograph and the police stopped them. Some bleeding heart attorney from the neighborhood stopped and gave the police a really hard time about why they were stopped. She even had them bring down a sergeant. They have been chased before with helicopters and tried hiding under a kiddie pool in my backyard. They were caught that day too.
