Funeral Services Set For Jim Callahan

Visitation schedule and funeral arrangements for the Malverne's Deputy Mayor.

While residents remember the sacrifices of America's fallen veterans this weekend, they will also have opportunities to pay tribute to a great man and leader of the village of Malverne.

Visitation and funeral services have been set for the late James Callahan III, who served as Deputy Mayor for Malverne and Commissioner for Emergency Management Services for Nassau County.

Callahan passed away on Thursday at the age of 42 after suddenly becoming very ill in recent weeks.
