Gimme a break. Audit an animal shelter, but, why turn a blind eye to the uncontrolled spending and borrowing by our Village government. There seems to be more concern for trees and abandoned animals than for long suffering Village residents.

Great day for the bully breed, they are the greatest dogs if owned by the proper people, they are not born bad, they are made that way for various unethical reasons.
On the subject of TOH shelter audit. Why was an audit of fraud and misappropriation of funds not done when evidence of said crimes by animal rescuers and a shelter front office employee was presented to Catheen Rice for investigation and prosecution and disregarded, could it be it that the would be criminals were part of the democratic political maching and the DA was protecting her own party members no matter what crime they committed. The animal rescuers involved were nothing but a bunch of money making frauds involved in the local Democratic machine along with the help of one partiicular employee in the front office, their goal was to get red of the bully breed to make room for the little tykes that brought in the $$$$$, one should know how many pitt bulls were put down for false reason for that purpose. I think the N.Y. State Attornies office should investigate Nassaus DA and the links with the rescures and a couple of local Democratic hopefulls with ideas of helping to make the TOH shelter go provate ???? Good luck to the bully breed day folks at the shelter

That’s very nice that school districts that have the highest school taxes and costs, areRead More receiving additional money. The problem is that our state is in dire financial trouble and we can’t afford it. Upstate NY is a distressed disaster. How much more taxes are we going to pay?. Hear those feet marching out of state. Try fighting for drilling so we have jobs and revenue.

.......there they go again whitewashing a dilemma they don't want to touch......unconscionableRead More salaries and pensions paid by the taxpayer for incompetence? Not to mention 13 week vacations as well as numerous 1/2 days and weather shortened days. A $50000 band aid we end up paying indirectly anyway only increases taxes further down the road. They are either that stupid or they think we are!
