New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Medicaid redesign team hosted a forum at Hofstra University on Friday in order to get local opinions on how best to overhaul the medical assistance program that about five million New Yorkers currently rely on.
The board, lead by co-chair and CEO Michael Dowling, took comments and suggestions on medicaid redesign from all comers. Patch was there, and now gives you a look into the process that will shape the very future of medical aid in New York state.
