I live right near the stop sign on Marshall Avenue and Vine Street. Cars are constantly gliding right through the stop without stopping at all. Perhaps the placement of the sign is a problem...it is not on a corner but one house in from the corner, making it a very awkward location. Since I have small children I find this very frustrating.
