Alicemarie Bresnihan and Ellen Marcus were re-elected to the Lynbrook Board of Education on Tuesday, with Marcus beating out challenger Christine Basile to earn a second term.
Bresnihan, who was running unopposed for her 13th term, garnered 1,338 votes. Marcus received 973 votes to Basile's 843.
New three-year terms for Bresnihan and Marcus begin July 1.
