Jan. 27: Former Jets Player Visits Local School

• Former NY Jets player Greg Buttle with be visiting at 10am. Buttle played nine seasons for the Jets, starting at outside linebacker. According to parent Laurie Bohn, Buttle will be speaking about the importance of education even if you are a star athlete. Check back with us for the story Monday.

• Chasers Bar and Grill in East Rockaway has music from the band Jupiter Fell at 10 p.m. "The band will be making its East Rockaway debut, don't miss this special night! 5$ @ the door, 3 sets of music will be played featuring music from many genres! • Temple Am Echad will be held at 7:15 p.m. The Voices of Victory, the gospel choir from St. John's University, under the direction of Nigel W. Gretton, will be performing modern arrangements representing "the cutting edge " of contemporary gospel music.
