senior Alyssa Glanzer won a Silver Award in the “Most Outstanding Reporter” category at Adelphi University’s annual Quill Awards competition.
Alyssa’s award-winning reporting was done for her school newspaper, Horizon. Each year students from across Long Island compete in the Quill Awards, which take place during Adelphi Press Day.
