March 21: Lynbrook BOE Budget Work Session, Bread Making Demonstration

  • A representative from King Arthur Flour will be doing a bread making demonstration at today for sixth-graders, at 2 p.m. A couple of student volunteers will be helping out. Each student will go home with the ingredients to make two loaf of bread--one to keep and one to donate to a local food pantry.
  • The Lynbrook BOE is tonight at 7:30 p.m. Check out the and budget work session stories, and stay with us for a recap of Wednesday's meeting.
  • The holds "Stitches From the Heart" this evening at 6:30 p.m. Spend a pleasant evening knitting, crocheting, or quilting hats, lap robes, blankets, and other items for newborns, children in need, and veterans in our VA hospitals. Free of charge.
