Pride of Malverne Prepares to Defend Title
The championship Malverne High School marching band holds summer practice sessions.
When you have a state championship title to defend, even during summer vacation, the beat goes on.
The Pride of Malverne High School Marching Band was back to work this week, practicing their new music and formations for their upcoming season during a four-day camp.
This year’s performances will be based around the theme, “Rhythms, Layers and Echoes.” The camp culminated with a special performance for parents on its last evening.
