Rams On the Loose in West Hempstead [Photos]
Be on the lookout for these animals in local businesses.
It looks like a stampede of rams has escaped and is on the loose in the local business district.
Ofcourse, we don't mean actual horned beasts, but rather some creative wooden cut-outs featuring the West Hempstead school district's mascot.
West Hempstead High School Art students worked with the Beautification Committee of the West Hempstead Chamber of Commerce to craft these Rams, which were on display at last month.

After the event, the Chamber reached out to its members and some agreed to place them in their local businesses to foster community involvement and pride for the schools.
