Gentle Yoga

A gentle yoga/stretch class. This class is great for people who do not wish to put any strain on their hands, wrists, shoulders or elbows- there are no inversions, deep forward folds, and no down dogs, planks etc. Relax while enjoying an effective yoga experience. Good for beginners as well as anyone else looking for a yoga class that does not require going "upside down" or putting stress on the upper body.
