Kids yoga ages 11-13

Friendly, welcoming yoga class for Tweens. The kids are taught by a specially trained Children's Yoga teacher. Kids learn basic yoga poses while developing their bodies and minds. Yoga improves study skills, social skills and athletic performance. The kids love the relaxation and benefit greatly from a weekly yoga class. Please sign up online or in person at the studio. Class size is limited to ensure a safe enjoyable experience for all.
