The Lynbrook vs. Lawrence will be televised Monday on MSG Varsity at 7:30 p.m.
The opening match-up on "Friday Night Football" is between two New Jersey schools: Nutley HS @ Shabazz HS, broadcast live on Friday at 7 p.m.
Long Island fans will also have the opportunity to see other local match-ups between Garden City HS vs. Carey HS (airing Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 4:00 p.m.), East Meadow HS vs. Freeport HS (airing Tuesday at 9:00 p.m.), Xavier HS vs. St. John the Baptist HS (airing Wednesday at 4:00 p.m.) and Roosevelt HS vs. Seaford HS (airing Thursday at 4:00 p.m.)
Lynbrook has had a great season. A 28-14 win put the Owls at 5-1, good for second place in Conference III. Besides the game against Lawrence Saturday, the Owls biggest matchup of the season comes on Saturday, Oct. 29, when they'll (6-0) in the regular season finale.
All games will be broadcast on MSG Varisty, Cablevision’s iO TV, Ch. 14.
