Lynbrook vs. Plainedge to Resume Today
Thursday's inclement weather forces postponement of second half with Owls up 28-7.
Yesterday's Lynbrook Owls' game against the Plainedge Devils was suspended at the end of halftime due to inclement weather, with the Owls leading 27-8. The game will resume at 3 p.m. today at Plainedge High School.
Just before players returned for the 3rd quarter, a 30-minute lightning delay was called, and spectators were asked to leave the bleachers. After heavy rain began, the game was postponed.
