Malverne Basketball Loses Close Game to Baymen

Boys basketball suffers 51-41 defeat Tuesday night.

The Mules put up a hard fight against the Baymen Tuesday night on the basketball courts but the boys from Oyster beat Malverne 51-41.

The game remained close for the first three quarters, but then Oyster Bay came alive in the final quarter, outscoring Malverne 17-9.

Malverne's Aaron Jackson led his team with 14 points for the day. Danny Williams and Kevin Young had 8 and 7, respectively. 

Malverne is now 4-5 and in fourth place, Oyster Bay is 8-2 and in second in Conference BC.
