7 Garage and Tag Sales Happening Saturday

Garage and tag sale season is in full swing right now. Here's a look at seven happening in the neighborhood and surrounding area this Saturday.

1205 Bernard St., N. Valley Stream/Franklin Square

Huge Memorial Day garage sale which will have something for everyone. Will be out early from about 10a.m. to 5 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. There will be plenty of Baby/Kids items from Swings, Boppy, High Chair, Excersaucer, Strollers and kids items including, toys and books etc. Household items, some clothes and AVON products as well. Come by and grab an AVON catalog or have a glad of Ice Cold Lemonade for 25 cents.

539 Broadway, Carle Place

Big garage sale taking place on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is  costume jewelry for sale, over 200 pieces clothes new and used, lawn furniture, sports autographs, hummels, hundreds of dvd's and cd's, amini fridge, tools and much more.

510 Langley Ave., West Hempstead

This garage sale, which takes place on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., will feature a ton of items including a Vintage wedding dress, trains, books, Avalon boat and motor (8'), shoes/boots galore, name-brand clothing, curtains, fishing rods, housewares, decorative items, china and crystal, power tools, bicycle, electric lawnmower, patio cushions, books, videos, costume jewelry, mirrors, wall art, etc.

523 Advent St., Westbury

This large garage sale will take place on Saturday from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. There will be a lot of unique items for sale like a Wurlitzer 630T Theater Organ with stool, colonial furnishings, oversized wing chair, unusual living room lamps, two bedroom sets, dining room and kitchen furniture, assorted small cabinets, chairs, rocking chairs, oak rolltop desk, four arm and two side oak chairs, conference table, folding game table, desks, file cabinets, shelving, industrial cabinets, pine tea cart and empire sideboard. There will also be a lot of collectibles for sale.

5 Roland Pl., Valley Stream

There will be a lot of good stuff for sale at this garage sale which takes place on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Some of the items for sale will include Golf clubs, costume jewelery, lots of kitchen items, games, shoes (heels sizes 7 1/2-8, brand name handbags (D&G, Channel), Channel perfume, clothes, childrens Halloween costumes and Pampered Chef items.

92 Dorothy Dr, Westbury

This garage sale will take place on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be a lot of children's toys for sale including including benches, chairs and outdoor lil tykes houses. There will be many silverware items and much, much more.

1115 Furth Rd., Valley Stream

This gigantic garage sale will take place on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. So many items will be on sale including huge amounts of Vintagewear and new items: Bric A Brac, Jewelry, WWII Original Military Medals Pin Backs Tools 3 micro wave ovens Several coffee makers, including a 40 cup pot, Brand New Keurig, and others Electrial appliances: toaster oven, makeup mirror, hair dryer Tons of kitchen items, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, wine glasses, serving pieces vases Lamps furniture, both indoor and outdoor Wood chest, wood bar stools, maple rocking chair, end tables, antique foot stools Dolls framed wall art angel.
