Malverne-West Hempstead Parties for St. Paddy's Day [Photos]

Photos of St. Patrick's Day celebrations in both communities.

There were plenty of 'smiling Irish eyes' in Malverne and West Hempstead this St. Patrick's Day as locals celebrated March 17 with dining, dancing and ofcourse, some drinking.

At the in West Hempstead, the room was decorated in shamrocks as veterans and other community members dined on corned beef and cabbage, sported Kelly green and danced the night away under a spinning disco ball.

Over in Malverne, - - diners dived into generous helpings of Shephard's Pie and other Irish delicacies, and indulged in Bailey's Irish cream cheesecake. Connolly's bar was packed with holiday revelers throughout the day and night, and in the evening guests were entertained by bagpipers.

Check out some of the photos from both events in our gallery above and add your own St. Paddy's Day pictures.
