Community Update

I had my fence installed a couple of weeks ago. I had gotten a few estimates and I thought Williams price was fair. Well, I guess you get what you pay for. His workers made some mess of my yard...spilled cement all over the place, fence shavings all over the yard, pulled up bricks on my patio and after marking out where my sprinkler head were they still put the fence right on top of one of them. When they were finished for the day they were 2 panels short and told me they brought the wrong gate and would be back 1st thing in the morning finish and fix the sprinkler. I told them I had plans in the afternoon so please come as early as possible. After calling the office all morning and finally cancelling my plans they showed up at 3:45 in the afternoon. They finished installing and moved the sprinkler head forward, only problem was the sprinkler head was now about 2 inches above ground when it's supposed to be buried....When I complained they just added some dirt on top of it and left it. About a week after I was looking at the fence and I noticed a piece of the lattice was broken. When I called the office they told me to take a picture of it and e-mail it to them, which I did. That was 2 weeks ago!! I've sent e-mails and called with NO RESPONSE from Pete Williams....I guess I'll go to home depot and buy a $13 piece of lattice, cut it to size and replace it myself. Shameful!! You'd think after spending $6,150.00 for a fence they would come back and fix that!! or at the very least get back to me. BUYERS BEWARE....THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE!!!!!
