We ALL have a stake in the performance of the shools in this district, if our kids go there or if we simply want to protect our property values.
My concern is any outspoken member of the Board needs to have a plan to work with the current members to make positive changes. If he can't present clear alternatives he will be attacked constantly by the current members achieve nothing.

We know that it is the parent that is most often paying for college, but without a signed letter of consent. signed by both the parent and the student, we are LEGALLY NOT ALLOWED to discuss the student with the parent....no matter how much we want to.

I completely agree with you...and that's my point. Our system does define adulthood by age (and too…Read More young of an age in my opinion) when it shouldn't be. And personally, I think talking on your cell phone or texting while driving should be an immediate loss of license.

Age does not determine adulthood. Maturity does. There are plenty of non-adult 30 year olds…Read More wandering around. You can see them on their cell phones while driving at 70 mph.
