Men's and women's locker rooms offer showers, a sauna and steam room, lockers and a small fitness area with cardio and weight training equipment. There is also a baseball field located on the premises. A snack shop, vending machines, tables and a common room are located on the second floor; organizations such as the West Hempstead Senior Citizens hold meetings, exercise classes and events here.
