This local dessert place serves up a wide selection of tasty treats including 24 flavors of ice cream, 16 flavors of…More Italian ices and frozen yogurt and specialty drinks.</p> <p>Owners John and Diane Angelis had been loyal customers of Chrystal Ice, but when they heard it was closing they decided to open up their own ice cream shop in its place in August 2010. They named in Scooop with three o's - one for each of their children.</p> <p>Step inside Scooop and the decor will bring you back to a simpler time. Customers can doodle on the chalkboard table-tops and watch re-runs of “Leave It To Beaver” while enjoying sundaes, milkshakes and other frozen treats.</p> <p>They also serve fat-free frozen yogurt, fruit smoothies, candy, floats, milkshakes, soda pop, old-fashioned egg creams and frozen coffee drinks including Angelis' creation, the Scooopacino.</p>
