The Malverne Wildcats is a youth sports program that started in the community in 2010.

The football program is…More open to kids ages  5 though 13, who compete in four separate divisions during an 8-week fall season. There is also a travel team for ages 14 and up. The kids learn the sport of football but also so much more.</p> <p>The Wildcats mission is to be an instructional football organization, dedicated to youth development in a shared responsibility within the neighboring communities.</p> <p>The organization strives to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, sportsmanship, honor, integrity, service, respect, self perseverance, and confidence. The goal is to build successful and responsible young men who add value to their community both on and off the field.</p> <p>The program is affiliated with USA Football and is sustained by the efforts of volunteers. It even supplies all the safety equipment the players need.</p> <p>In addition to football, the Wildcats also runs a youth cheerleading program for ages 6-16 and a track club.</p>
