Beth Karcher, Neighbor

I recently founded  Positive Parenting 123, Inc.   to teach parenting workshops to parents expecting one baby or multiples.  After completing my MBA at Cornell University and having a banking career, I left the Corporate World to raise my twins.  I have been active in the Nassau County Mothers of Twins Club for many years, holding positions in Fundraising, Treasurer and currently, Membership.  I was voted Member of the Year in 2005.  Over the years, I noticed a need for more support for parents expecting twins and developed workshops to address this need.    Raising children is the hardest job I have ever had, with little to no training!  There are so many books and theories to read and no time to do so.   It has become my passion to help guide others in parenting issues so you can be prepared and not feel helpless and overwhelmed.  My goal is to tailor a simple strategy that works for your family.   I am a Breastfeeding Advocate.   I have 8 year old twins and a toddler.
