A group
training session where participants are lead thru a series of exercises at
their own pace. All exercises are conducted using light
weights, exercise balls, bands, and/or your own body weight (NO Machines are used). Over the
course of the class, every major muscle group is strengthened and
toned. From warm up, to workout, to cool down & stretch,
the class is 45 minutes.
