Lynbrook Crime Report, Pt. I: Man Charged With Harassment, Stalking; Marijuana Arrest

 - On September 3 at 6:56 a.m., Brian Butler, 31, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Harassment and Stalking at Lynbrook Police Department Headquarters, located at 1 Columbus Drive.

- On September 4 at 10:45am, Luis M. Chauca 39, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and an Equipment Violation on Sunrise Highway.

- On September 4 at 3:04pm, Kirk J. Euson 48, of Lindenhurst, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Unlicensed Operation, No Seat Belt, Equipment Violation and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (warrant) on Sunrise Highway.

- On September 4 at 6:20pm, Andre G. Boulos 27, of New Hyde Park, was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana on Broadway. 

- On September 4 at 11:50pm, Daryl B. Leiffer 29, of Kew Gardens, NY was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (warrant) on Sunrise Highway.

- On September 5 at 6:30pm, Aaron N. Tzul 22, of Roosevelt, NY was arrested and charged with Leaving Scene of an Accident on Sunrise Highway.

- On September 5 at 10:55pm, Andrew W. Scully, 27, of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts) on Sunrise Highway. 

- On September 6 at 5:30am Dorient G. Reid 23, of Jamaica, was arrested and charged with Possession of Burglar’s Tools, Unlicensed Operation and Unsafe Lane Change on Sunrise Highway.

- On September 6 at 5:30am Romaine Reid 28, of Jamaica, NY was arrested and charged with Possession of Burglar’s Tools, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Unlicensed Operation, Passed Red Traffic Signal Light and Unsafe Lane Change on Sunrise Highway.  

- On September 8 at 11:50pm, Veronica A. Roth 26, of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Yield Right of Way on Merrick Road.
