The temperature continues to rise this week, but you'll have to wait just a little longer to use the village pool on weekdays.
While the pool — located at — has been open on weekends since May 28, it is not open to the public Monday through Friday until Saturday, June 18. From then on, the pool will be open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Until then, you can check out the village's Sprinkler Park, located next to the pool. The sprinklers are on seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. You must be a Lynbrook resident.
Registration for pool memberships is ongoing at the Lynbrook Recreation Center (Greis Park). You will need two forms of identification. For more information, please call the Recreation Center at (516) 599-8000.
