Nov. 26: School Calendar Changes, Sandy Toy Drive, Santa Sighting and More

School Calendar Changes: While West Hempstead students will lose their entire February break this year, Lynbrook schools will be in session for four of the five scheduled vacation days and one additional day in April to make up for lost instructional time due to Superstorm Sandy and last month's Nor'easter.
