OLL Campers 'Follow Signs of Peace'
Camp Lourdes in Malverne ended with the summer with a showcase.
Music, sports and arts and crafts.
It sounds like a typical day at summer camp, but at Camp Lourdes in Malverne, youngsters also learned how to "Follow the Signs of Peace."
This was the theme of the two-week Bible camp held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Malverne from Aug. 8 to Aug. 19. Each day started off with a Bible lesson and activity for the campers, ages 4 through 9, before they moved on to singing, playing and crafting.

The camp concluded with a special presentation for family members on the last day, where the campers used their talents to share what they had learned from their time at Lourdes.
