  1. School Budget Forum: Residents in the Malverne School District have a chance to ask questions and voice their opinions on the proposed 2011-2012 budget tonight to members of the school board.   2. Students Help Japan: After learning about the devastation in Japan follow last month's natural disasters, students at George Washington School in West Hempstead stepped up to help. Together they donated hundreds of dollars, and one little girl and her family had a special gift to give. Get the story later today.

Associated's Official Opening: Malverne residents and other locals have already been shopping at the Associated supermarket in the village for weeks, but the store owners made it official on Saturday.
