- Santa's in Town! , located in Lynbrook on Saint James Place, will be welcoming Santa Claus to its school this morning at 10 a.m. and 12 noon.
- Santa will also be heading over to Elementary School in Lynbrook this morning. "As is tradition at West End, he will tour the school and visit each classroom to see the children, and also in keeping with tradition, the school will hold their Singalong in the Gym at 2pm," according to PTA co-president, Julie Bergin.
- The Lynbrook boys basketball team is in action today as the Owls Lynbrook (1-4) broke a four-game losing skid to start the season with a 60-50 win at Valley Stream South on Tuesday.
