Catholic Schools Celebration: At Wednesday night's Village Board meeting in Malverne, Our Lady of Lourdes School received a special citation from Malverne Mayor Patricia Norris McDonald in honor of Catholic Schools Week which kicked off this weekend. Brown Water Update: Long Island American Water President Bill Varley attended the Malverne Village Board meeting on Wednesday to respond to the outrage residents have expressed about the quality of their tap water.
