Feb. 4: Crime, BINGO and Family Fun Night

Five things of interest in Lynbrook on Friday.

Here are five things of interest in Lynbrook today:

1 — in Lynbrook will host Bingo at 7 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children (children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult). Raffles and refreshments will be available. The school stresses that this is a food allergy-friendly event, so residents should refrain from bringing their own food. 2 — Every Friday from 7-9:30 p.m., in Lynbrook will hold Tween/Teen Skate for ages 10-14 only. Adults are only allowed into the building as chaperones. For more information, call (516) 593-1300.

3 — Throwing a last-minute Super Bowl party? Today, Lynbrook Patch will be posting a guide of local delis and restaurants offering catering specials for the big game.

4 — The Lynbrook Public Library will hold a Family Fun Night for families with children of all ages from 6-8 p.m. Games, pizza and other refreshments will be available. Registration is required at $5 per family. For more information, call the library at (516) 599-8630.

5 — The weekly village crime report, submitted by the Lynbrook Police Department, will be posted on Lynbrook Patch later today.
