Aquarian Sadhana/Meditation
Where/When: Saturday, Feb. 26 at 4:30 a.m. at Divine Yoga in Rockville Centre.
Why Go: Once you get past the idea of waking up for a 4:30 a.m. class, you'll learn great yoga, meditation and chanting techniques. It's a great way to relax and relieve stress.
Pricing: Free.

Playtime for Children with Special Needs
Where/When: Sunday, Feb. 27 from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rockville Centre Parks and Recreation Department.
Why Go: This is an opportunity for children with special needs and their siblings to play (ages 5 and over). The program is sponsored by the Nassau-Suffolk Chapter of the Autism Society of America.

"Good News" Gospel Concert
Where/When: Saturday, Feb. 26 at 2 p.m. at the Five Towns Community Center.
Why Go: Aside from the free refreshments, this event allows residents to get to know one another during a meet-and-greet session before the performance begins. A tour of the Community Center will be held after the performance.
Pricing: Free.

The Art of Chinese Dance
Where/When: Sunday, Feb. 27 at 2 p.m. at the West Hempstead Public Library.
Why Go: To mark the Chinese New Year, Year of the Rabbit, the Nai-Ne Chen Dance Company will provide a performance and narration of the history and culture that inspired various dances.
Pricing: Free.

Hofstra Basketball Game
Where/When: Saturday, Feb. 26 at 4 p.m. at Hofstra University.
Why Go: Watch Hofstra take on the University of Delaware in a Saturday afternoon match-up.
Pricing: Free.

A Tribute to Nat King Cole
Where/When: Saturday, Feb. 26 at 2 p.m at the Long Beach Public Library.
Why Go: Take a journey through the life of Nat King Cole in a video program, led by Jack Schnur. Interviews with Frank Sinatra, Eartha Kitt and others will be featured, as will Nat King Cole favorites such as "Nature Boy," "Pretend," and "Mona Lisa and Ramblin' Rose."

Dance Performance
Where/When: Sunday, Feb. 27 at 3 p.m. at the Long Beach Public Library.
Why Go: Dance Visions, a performance group, will lead a program incorporating contemporary, classical, jazz and fusion dance styles. Beth Jucovy, choreographer and director of Dance Visions, will also have a multimedia performance; six dancers, a narrator and a pianist will also be featured at this event.
Pricing: Free

Spring Soccer Registration
Where/When: Saturday and Sunday at the Busby Soccer Academy in Lynbrook.
Why Go: There's still time to register for the Busby Soccer Academy's U8 Boys and Girls teams. Boys games are played Sunday evenings, girls games on Saturday evenings. One training session is held on weekdays.
