Jan. 26: Rhame Avenue Talent Show; Ex-Fire Chief Passes Away

- Rhame Ave. Elementary School in East Rockaway holds a today at 6:30 p.m. Some of the school's top talent will be on display!
- Lynbrook Ex-Chief and Honorary Commissioner Dominick J. DeCarlo Jr., a 65 year member of Tally-Ho Engine Company 3 of the , and a former Lynbrook Village Trustee, Lynbrook Fire Department services will be on Friday at 8 PM. Funeral Mass is Saturday, Jan. 28 at 9:30 AM at Roman Catholic Church.
- There is an at 11:30 a.m. Volunteers assist individuals who are seeking employment. Help is given in resume preparation, the composition of cover letters, career counseling, and job searches.
