  • A story, titled "Rider Avenues Fuming Over Malverne Roadwork," published on Nov. 4, incorrectly attributed the following quotes to Trustee  James Callahan: "We secured a bulk price- $20 per linear foot.We also waived the cost of the permit, which is usually $50. We're trying to get it in before they raise rates again."  The first two statements were made by Trustee Mike Bailey and the last by Trustee Joseph Hennessy. Patch regrets the errors.
  • A , titled "Antiques Road Show Rolls Into West Hempstead," published Nov. 22 stated incorrectly that Paula Barrett's huband's great-great-grandfather was a Confederate soldier. He actually fought for the North under the 48th Regiment New York State Volunteers.
  • A , titled "A Night to Remember: Survivor of Nazi Attacks Visits W. Hempstead," published Nov. 9 incorrectly estimated the number of people who attended the event. A previous version of the article stated that about 80 people participated when the number was closer to 150.
