Poll: What Charity Would You Support With Patch Prize Money?

One grand prize winner and nine runners up will each get $1,031 to donate to a charity. What non-profit would you support?

Patch.com has teamed up with supermodel and T.V. personality Heidi Klum to find the kid with the most creative Halloween contest.

Heidi is a big fan of Halloween. (Just check out this slideshow to see some of the elaborate costumes she's worn over the years and the creepy human body suit she wore to her famous bash this weekend.)

One grand prize winner will get to meet Klum during a two-day, three-night trip for two to New York or Los Angeles and get a $1,031 donation made to their favorite charity. (Nine runners-up will also earn $1,031 for the non-profit of their choosing.)

You have to be in it to win it though. Submit a photo of your child (12 and under) by 9 p.m. tonight to enter the contest.

Also, tell us what charity you would support if you won one of the 10 prizes in our poll and comment section below.

I would donate to the local charity- Association for Children with Down Syndrome. It is located right here on Long Island in Plainview. This organization support children and families of individuals with Down syndrome. They do amazing work.

I would donate money to the organization "To Write Love On Her Arms." They support helping teens/young adults over come addiction/depression/self-injury.

That’s very nice that school districts that have the highest school taxes and costs, areRead More receiving additional money. The problem is that our state is in dire financial trouble and we can’t afford it. Upstate NY is a distressed disaster. How much more taxes are we going to pay?. Hear those feet marching out of state. Try fighting for drilling so we have jobs and revenue.

.......there they go again whitewashing a dilemma they don't want to touch......unconscionableRead More salaries and pensions paid by the taxpayer for incompetence? Not to mention 13 week vacations as well as numerous 1/2 days and weather shortened days. A $50000 band aid we end up paying indirectly anyway only increases taxes further down the road. They are either that stupid or they think we are!
