Common Core Parent Led Initiative

Six of our neighboring communities have joined together for an Informative Meeting about The Common Core Initiative
Hewlett, East Rockaway , Lynbrook, Lakeview, Malverne, and Valley Stream. 
  we will discuss our InBloom concerns ( why InBloom is a National database, not State ) and the loopholes that allow information to be sold/rented. 
   how public, private, and parochial schools are affected. And the effects of Common Core on our children, taxpayers, teachers and schools.
   speakers will include Jeanette Deuterman opt out Li, Dr Joe Rella Superintendent of Comsewoque, Assemblyman Curran, Anthony Griffin lace to the Top, Marla Kilfoyle GM of BATS, Mary Calamia Psychotherapist.
we are encouraging all local Board of Ed. Members to attend and ask questions.  Our speakers have spent months researching the complexity of the initiative .
