Three noteworthy events that are right around the corner are happening this weekend!

This week we have three events that are very noteworthy and exciting. I am veering off the free events because all three of these things are very much worth the cost (in my eyes).

Of course we have a bunch of free events going on this week also and you only have to go to our website to see them. Such events include, but not limited to, a very excting pond and garden show this Friday. It is suppose to be beautiful and has the most beautiful oriental fish on display in the whole country! There are also free story times and crafts, street festivals in East Rockaway and Glen Cove, and more!

Macabre Faire Film Festival

Film festival with a dress theme of the Roaring 20s, great for anyone who lovse a good horror film. Vendors, celebrity guests and more; this is an adult or older child event only! There will be monsters and other explicit visual effects! For the full preview check out my website.

Annual Mad Hatter Tea Party at the Cupcake Corner: All the goods will be provided; tea, scones chocolate cookies, finger sandwiches, with the addition of photo ops, dancing and story time!

Sunday June 24

Midsummer Night: Enchantment is the only way to describe this beautiful event at Old Westbury Gardens. Experience the gardens illuminated with lanterns and decorated with magical faeries. Relax, have a picnic and enjoy live music and this magical scenery.

When: 6-9 p.m.

Where: Old Westbury Gardens; 71 Old Westbury Road, Old Westbury

Cost: $15.00 per adult, children free
