Jane Borkowski, 84, of West Hempstead, died peacefully on Dec. 3.
Beloved wife of Edmund for 30 years, Jane is survived by her loving children Mary, Louise, Edward and John, beloved daughters-in-law Margaret and Kirsten and her adoring grandchildren Jason, Justin, Joseph and Paul.
She was an expert crocheter who cherished the Knitting for Newborns group of St. Thomas the Apostle.
Friends may visit at Barnes-Sorrentino, 539 Hempstead Ave., West Hempstead, Dec. 8-9, 2 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Dec. 10 at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 24 Westminster Rd., West Hempstead.
Donations in memory of Jane may be made to the National Brain Tumor Society.
